I stand in awe of Culpeper's knowledge of herbs and healing, especially considering the point in history in which his research was conducted. I would recommend his research for anyone to read, whether you're an herbalist or simply someone interested in the natural healing realm.

Good beginner book. General knowledge is basic, but this is a good book for a new herbalist.
