Our Vanilla Fragrance Oil is made with pure vanillin and as such it will crystallize when cold. During the winter season, it is more than likely that you will receive crystallized vanilla. Place the bottle in a bowl of hot water and it will liquefy. Freezing does not hurt the oil. Vanilla Fragrance Oil will cause browning.
Please Note: This fragrance oil does not contain phthalates (DEP).

Location: Lynnwood, WA This seems like a pretty good basic vanilla fragrance without too much of the extraneous junk that many vanilla FOs contain. Since I'm a formulator, not one who pours a single commercial FO into a soap base, I appreciate FOs that are simply a single accord, the one they say they are.

Location: Rochester, NY This vanilla fragrance smells a bit fake - more like frosting than real vanilla bean. For a true vanilla scent, I would recommend a different fragrance.
