This moist, fine grain brown sugar has a high content of natural molasses. It is a perfect sugar to use for body scrubs. The natural brown color gives your sugar scrub a more natural look than regular white refined sugar. The tint of our natural sugars can vary slightly. The shade of our dark brown sugar resembles that of milk chocolate. Our light brown sugar is golden brown.
Brown sugar tends to harden quickly, so it must be stored in air-tight containers. We recommend storing it in small, usable portions. Note: Hard sugar can be softened by microwaving it for a few minutes with a cup of water placed beside it.
