Location: Rapid City, SD We have purchased this in the past with the mud being very thick but this time the mud was very runny. Not what I was expecting. The quality of the mud is great but it's so thin that once wouldn't be able to scoop it with your fingers. We could only pour it into our hand to test it. Much too thin. I hope that this can go back to the thick mud from previous orders.
FNWL Response: Teri, since our Dead Sea Mud is a natural product and isn't standardized, the consistency can vary a little. But it shouldn't be as thin as you described. I realize that you mention that you've purchased it before, but have you stirred it? I'm suspecting that it just needs to be stirred a little to regain its thicker consistency. I have forwarded your concerns onto our Customer Care Department. Since this is a natural product with no preservatives, we strongly recommend using a clean utensil to scoop what you need to use so that bacteria from your fingers do not risk contamination.

Location: Dallas, GA Can't give this enough stars!!!! I use this s a mask and add a little Neem Powder to mine. It's awesome. I also use it in a hot process Dead Sea Mud and Shea Soap. Both are big sellers and wonderful products!!!!
