Comments: This fragrance oil smells absolutely amazing. I was thrilled when I opened the bottle. Unfortunately after all was said and done, the scent all but completely disappeared in my cold-process soap. I am very sad now!
FNWL Response: Dianne, I'm wondering if you may not have included enough FO in your formulation. For some great suggestions on working with FOs in CP soap, please refer to the "Tips for Using Fragrance Oils in Cold Process Soap" section of this page.

Comments: I used this fragrance in a body butter for some office gifts. It was a great success. Good balance between the 2 scents.

Comments: I have to say I'm happy with the items i have purchased from your company.. The vanilla pumpkin fragrance oil is only item that i have a problem with.. It smells nothing like vanilla or pumpkin, it has a smokey smell to it reminds me of burning incense.. If I could return I would I would have to mix it with other oil i have to hide that smokey scent it has... I'm not happy with it...
FNWL Response: Cassandra, I'm sorry that you are disappointed in the Vanilla Pumpkin Fragrance Oil. Right out of the bottle fragrance oils are highly concentrated and aromatically so strong that they can sometimes smell profoundly different. This can especially hold true right after receiving them if they've been shipped in especially cold or hot temperatures. This is one of the possibilities that I'm wondering might be happening for you with this particular fragrance oil. I'm reading and responding to your review away from our offices, so I'm not able to personally doublecheck my impressions of the aroma at this moment. I'm going to pass your concerns along to our Customer Care department as I'm wondering if there might be a small chance that we accidentally mislabeled and shipped you a different FO.
