Henna was considered to be a healing, medicinal herb by the ancient Egyptians. It was used as a cooling, astringent, anti-fungal and anti-bacterial herb for the skin and hair. Henna leaf powder has a bright orange color which transfers to the hair and skin. It, therefore, is used to decorate and tattoo the skin or to color and highlight the hair. Henna is made into a paste with hot water and then applied to the hair or stenciled onto the skin. Henna produces a beautiful, rich orange color when infused in oil. Location: East Elmhurst, NY When I saw the Henna was back in stock I ordered 15 pounds. This was less than 2 weeks ago, and now they are out of stock again. I'm so happy I was able to order this Henna. I have heard such wonderful things about it, and believe me it was worth the wait. Thanks FNWL. I am glad to have my Henna!!

Location: San Diego, CA I am so glad that a new batch of henna has made it in. I ordered 3 pounds and can't wait to apply it to my hair this weekend. This henna is by far the best henna I have used. It's at a fantastic price which is more than half the price of other websites selling similar products. Keep up the good work FNWL.

Location: Dallas I LOVE henna! It make my dark, almost black hair, a deep burgundy. I log on everyday to see if its back in stock. Customer service said they had a problem with a batch, so they had to send it back and wait for another.
