Comments: Super disappointed in this product. It references the wonderful scent which is why I bought it and the bottle says unscenter AND smells like rancid coconut oil.
FNWL Response: Michelle, some monoi products sold elsewhere include synthetic fragrance. The word "unscented" was added to the label to convey that no fragrance is added to our Monoi de Tahiti. As our description mentions, our authentic Monoi de Tahiti carries an Appellation of Origin guarantee and is produced under very controlled manufacturing methods to ensure the highest quality oil.

Comments: Be aware that this has NO scent. The description is confusing. I don't understand how it could be infused with tiare flower and have no scent at all. Other than that, it's fine, but not what I need.
FNWL Response: Kathleen, our Monoi de Tahiti is authentic (without synthetic fragrance added) and the natural fragrance imparted by the tiare flowers is very light. It is not intended to add substantial fragrance to final formulations that incorporate it or be used as a substantial perfume. I asked our Customer Care Department to carefully reassess our Monoi de Tahiti, and they confirmed that our present inventory indeed does possess a delicate, light aroma. We're very sorry that our Monoi de Tahiti did not meet your specific needs. Our Customer Care Manager will be reaching out to you by telephone to further assist you.

Comments: I added it to my daily hair oil mixture, and it made all the difference in the world. My hair is now extra soft.
