I was pretty embarrassed and disappointed when the packaged arrived. The packaging was very unprofessional and seemed to be put together carelessly which I didn't expect at all. The lids only give a tight seal for so long because they were of very poor quality as well as the containers. The labels looked handmade and were placed carelessly placed on each container making them crooked. Also some of the typing was smeared because of the ink. My 10 year old could have done a better job myself. I'm a buisness owner myself and I was very displeased. Futhermore, I was embarrassed because this stuff was not cheap. Now the butters weren't very moisturizing. I've gotten better results with other cheaper natural products. But I think maybe FNWL should go back to the drawing board with their products. They give a wonderful presentation online but they don't seem to deliver... Sorry. I wouldn't order again and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone else.

From Nature With Love is a wholesaler, so our packaging and labeling is professional, but does not feature "fancy" or "frilly" end-user packaging that you would expect with a finished product formulation purchased from a personal care artisan. Such packaging would only increase the cost of our ingredients. As most of our ingredients are used by personal care artisans and manufacturers, they only store the ingredients in the containers until they're used within their formulations. Our containers are made especially for air tight storage. You, however, do need to be sure to firmly press down on the lids to ensure they are sealed, and that can become inconvenient if you are trying to use the butters as-is and haven't transferred them to containers for regular use. For those looking for prettier end-user packaging, our Jars & Tins packaging category features some nice jars to choose from. We assure all of our valued customers that our vegetable butters and other ingredients are carefully sourced for quality and price. Shalimar, cheaper butters are often blended products. Pure, high quality 100% pure cocoa butter, for instance, is one of the butters included in your sampler. 100% pure cocoa butter is a very nourishing yet rigid (hard) product. On its own, it isn't going to feel as moisturizing as more fluid formulations that include it.

Nice products, very moisturizing and just enough of each to test likes/dislikes. I have very dry skin, and my daughter suffers from eczema. The hemp and aloe work GREAT for my daughter. I use the others and am very pleased with them all. We only use "as is" after evening baths/showers as the scents are kind of strong.
