Our amber colored Honey Melt and Pour Soap Base is made with real honey. This base is great by itself or fragranced with scents to complement the honey aroma. It can be combined with our Goat's Milk Base to make Milk and Honey soap. Our fine Colloidal Oatmeal may be added for an additional nutritive touch. A must try!
Note: Our current lot of Honey Glycerin Melt and Pour Soap Base is lighter and less amber in color than our previous lots.
Melt and Pour Soap Bases are easy to work with, but it is important that you use care when heating them. We recommend using a double boiler to gently heat the base, and stir frequently. Don't leave the base heating on the stove after it's fully melted or it may dry out and form a skin.

Something I: Purchased for Myself
This is an especially nice soap base to both work with and use as a finished product. With its amber color and soft feel, it's also all-around pleasant to handle and see. I made a very nice springtime hand soap with it mixing in some cocoa butter and orange oil that I plan on improving upon with the next batch. I'm thinking of adding some grains for exfoliation I have a family of gardeners.
The FNWL honey base is easily the best quality honey glycerin soap I've come across, and it is perfectly good enough to use as is, but it's too fun and foolproof to work with to leave alone. Highly recommended.

ive been purchashing your honey soap for over one year, the last two batches orders were of a different color more brown/less golden honey like.

Mixed with shea butter M & P and finely ground oatmeal you won't find a more soothing soap. I made bars for Christmas and my friends with the most sensitive skin loved the soap. I had more compliments on this soap combination.
