Comments: This book was not quite what I was expecting. It has many nice perfume recipes that you can create with fragrance oils and has a very thorough and interesting history of the perfume industry. I had hoped it would contain more information regarding creating natural perfumes using essential oils however.

Comments: I really like this book! she gives a great, quick background on the history of fragrances as well as good information on understanding the various fragrance families. She describes the "notes" categories and really made it all quite easy to understand, especially by relating everything back to well known fragrances. There are quite a few recipes and they are very easy to follow. Great book!
