Ingredients:

1/3 cup cornstarch
1/3 cup arrowroot powder
1/3 cup oatmeal fine
Mica
Essential Oil

Instructions:

Mix the dry ingredients and add the essential oil drop by drop mixing very well. Add 1/4 tsp of mica to color.
