Exfoliating Gentle Face Wash

Cleanser

Ingredients:

Fine Colloidal Oatmeal - 2T
Almond Meal - 2t
Honey Powder - 1t
Milk Powder - 2t
Clay - 1t
Pure Castille Soap Log - Approx. 2T grated (OR) Liquid Castille Soap - 1t per application.

Instructions:

Mix all dry ingredients together. Store in glass jar or tin can. When ready to use, pour approx 1 T into a glass bowl and mix with a little mineral water to form a smooth paste. Let the mixture sit for 1 - 5 minutes. If using liquid castille soap, add 1t castille soap to the mixture at this point. Then blend well.
Wet hands, scoop up the mixture and gently rub hands to create a creamy foam. Massage onto face & neck. (Massage, not rub). Then wash off with warm water! Follow with a spritz of cool lavendar or rose water for an invigorating feeling.

Makes - 6 to 8 applications. Recipe can be doubled and stored.
