Summary:
The oatmeal makes the water look murky, but it feels wonderful.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup powdered oatmeal
1/4 cup sea salt
1/4 cup epsom salt
1/4 cup baking soda
10 drops sandalwood essential (or fragrance) oil
7-8 drops ylang ylang essential (or fragrance) oil
7-8 drops tangerine essential oil
Instructions:
Combine all dry ingredients in a food processor and pulse. To keep from getting the essential/fragrance oils in my food processor, I transfer approx. 1/2 cup or so of the dry ingredients to a zip lock bag. Add the oils to the bag, seal it, and shake well to incorporate the oils into the dry ingredients and break up any clumps. Once it is well mixed, add the rest of the dry ingredient mixture to the bag and shake some more until it is well mixed.
Store in an air tight container. (Could leave in the sealed bag if you plan on using it in the near future.)
Use approx. 1/4 - 2/3 cup per bath.
