Makes about 4 oz.

Ingredients:

3 tbs glycerin
3 tbs rose or zdravetz hydrosol
1 tbs rice bran oil
1 tbs meadowfoam oil
1 tbs jojoba oil
10 drops Grapefruit seed extract
A few drops FD & C Red #33 Lake

Instructions:

Put all ingredients in a sterilized 4 oz. jar. Shake vigorously before each use.
