White Sage Hydrosol, also known as Desert Sage Hydrosol, is strongly aromatic and is used primarily for its emotional and spiritual properties. White Sage, salvia apiana, is the variety of sage that Native Americans use during smudging rituals. Smudging is a ceremonial process where dried sage is burned, much like incense, to provide cleansing, purification and healing. Use White Sage Hydrosol in room sprays and other applications for spiritual cleansing and purification. Suzanne Catty recommends using White Sage to mist to cleanse the auric field and disperse negative energies and to use to cleans/program crystals and healing tools.
