Comments: My final product is sweaty and I don't know why. But the bar is beautiful. Will try another batch to see
FNWL Response: Sarah, by its nature, Melt and Pour soap is rich in glycerin. Glycerin acts as a humectant that helps to attract moisture to the skin. Humidity is one of the factors that can bars or M&P soap to sweat because the soap is drawing all the humidity to them. If possible, try to control the humidity for your next batch.

Comments: I ordered the Avacado and Cucumber base soap. I'm very disappointed in it, as it hardly lathers and left my skin feeling dry. I won't reorder this soap again.
FNWL Response: Tina, when melt and pour soap is melted on the stove at too high a temperature or is kept on the stove longer than it takes to melt it, it will dry out. It's also best not to microwave melt and pour soap, though some people do have successful results when doing it carefully and in short bursts. We strongly encourage you to heat your melt and pour soap at a low temperature, using a double boiler. We offer a double boiler insert here for this purpose if you need one.
