Making an infusion simply means making a "tea". Bring
the water almost to boiling and then pour over the herbs. Generally 1
cup water is used per 1-2 teaspoons of herb. Let it steep for at least
15 minutes. Cool and strain. Store in a glass jar but preserve with alcohol
if you intend to keep it for more than 3 days.
