Finalizing Your Order:
We cannot make any changes to an order once it is finalized. Please check your order carefully before you submit/place it.
Cancelled orders will be subject to a cancellation fee of 20% or $5, whichever is higher. The cancellation fee on cancelled Priority Rush/UPS NextDay/UPS 2 Day/UPS 3 Day orders is 25% or a minimum of $10 plus the Priority Rush fee.

Payments made though PayPal may occasionally take a few days to clear. Orders cannot be shipped until PayPal confirms that your payment has cleared. Orders of $150.00 or more paid for via PayPal must be shipped to an address that you have setup through PayPal as being a CONFIRMED PayPal address. Please note that this is separate from verifying your account. You are able to confirm your address by logging into your PayPal account, going into the Profile Summary area, selecting Street Address, and then by clicking on the Confirm button on the bottom of the page. PayPal's confirmation procedures may change, so if you have questions, please contact PayPal.
Our pricing structure and multiple size/quantity offerings for most items is designed to cater to large businesses, hobbyists and everyone in between. In order to receive the most competitive, wholesale level pricing, purchase the largest listed product quantity. If you are interested in receiving pricing on quantities larger than what is listed in on our website, please contact email@example.com.
We reserve the right to correct unintentional system or pricing errors. Due to market fluctuations, prices are subject to change without notice. Although we strive for accuracy in our product descriptions, pricing and inventory status, we occasionally discover a mistake. In these rare instances, we respectfully reserve the right to cancel an order or remove a problematic item from the order.
Sometimes a product is available at the time you place your order but then becomes out-of-stock by the time your order is received at the warehouse. In these rare instances, a Customer Care Representative will notify you of the out-of-stock item and make arrangements with you to either refund the item cost or arrange to ship the item to you once available.
If one of the ingredients contained in a product sampler is out of stock, we reserve the right to substitute a similar ingredient of equal or greater value.

We will email you if we discover a payment problem when we process your order. Please be sure to add firstname.lastname@example.org to your address book. If we aren't able to reach you within 14 days, we may need to cancel your order.
Shipments Going to Connecticut Addresses:
By law, we are required to charge sales tax to Connecticut businesses and residents who have not filed a Sales & Reuse Certificate with us. If your order is being delivered in the state of CT and you have a valid business tax ID number, please fax a copy of your resale certificate within 2 hours after placing their order. Please be sure to leave a note in your order that you plan to fax the certificate, so we may remove the tax accordingly pending receipt of the form. Once you have faxed us your resale certificate, we will keep it on file for future orders. Our fax number is (203) 702-2501. We cannot refund sales tax on orders once they have been charged. Shipping fees are calculated based on the published rates for UPS or USPS. When ordering online, the shipping amount shown during checkout is the estimated charge generated by the USPS and UPS online systems. In most all cases, this is the shipping fee that you will incur. However, in some rare cases involving very large orders, shipping charges may be higher than the online estimate if we discover that additional boxes are required to best protect your items during transit.
Occasionally UPS or USPS may be down or unavailable during your checkout process. In such situations, our shopping cart will be unable to retrieve or display the estimated shipping charges for your order. In these instances, your online shopping cart may display a shipping fee of $0.00. Thank you for understanding that these rare instances are beyond our control and that we must reserve the right to add the appropriate shipping charge to your order once the systems are back up. Orders placed online are generally shipped within 48-72 hours unless expedited shipping or processing options are chosen. Current processing times and delays are posted online during checkout. Telephone orders may take longer to process and ship. Please consider our processing time when selecting your shipping method.
A Priority Rush service for UPS shipments is available for an additional fee, specified during checkout. Priority Rush orders are shipped on the same day, if UPS is selected as the shipper and the order is placed by 10:00 am Eastern Time. Orders placed after 10:00 am Eastern Time will ship the following day.
Orders shipped via UPS expedited services are automatically upgraded to Priority Rush.
Palletized Order Fee: Palletized orders incur a pallet charge of $15 per pallet.
Fee for Order Changes: A $2.50 handling fee is charged if a change is made to an order that is scheduled to ship on the date that the change is requested.
Depending on your shipping destination, USPS options as well as UPS Standard Ground, Next Day Air, Next Day Air Saver, Saturday Delivery, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select and Worldwide services are available during your checkout.
All of our UPS shipments are shipped via the UPS Carbon Neutral Program. This program helps to us to reduce the that impact that our shipments have on the environment.
Orders shipped by UPS Next Day Air, Next Day Air Saver, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select will be shipped on the same day, if the order is placed by 10:00 am Eastern Time. Orders placed after 10:00 am Eastern Time will ship the following day. The specification for Saturday Delivery is only available when using UPS Next Day Air on orders that ship on Friday. This service costs $17 per box in addition to the UPS Next Day Air shipping fee. (If USPS Priority is selected as the shipping method, it may be delivered on a Saturday. However, we are not able to specifically arrange Saturday delivery for USPS Priority shipments.)
UPS now offers ground service to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
We are not able to ship C.O.D.
We cannot be held responsible for any theft or damage that occurs if the carrier delivers your package when you are not home. If UPS requires that packages be signed for in your area, please ensure that you are available to sign for your package. Customers are responsible for reimbursing us for any shipping and handling charges that are incurred if a package is returned because no one was available to accept it. If you may not be available to accept your delivery, we recommend that you use a shipping address where someone will be available to receive the package for you. We encourage you to contact UPS directly to find out what their delivery policies are for your area.
Shipping Accounts Belonging to Our Customers:
While we understand that it may be more convenient for our customers to use their own shipper accounts, this makes it challenging for us to recover costs for lost or damaged packages. FNWL agrees to review requests to ship orders via customer shipper accounts on a case-by-case basis. Please call our Customer Care department at (800) 520-2060 or (203) 702-2500 if you would like us to consider your request. If we agree to ship your order using your customer shipper account number, you agree not to hold FNWL liable for any loss or damage that may arise during transit. It is the customer's responsibility to make any necessary damage claims with their shipper, and FNWL is not responsible for replacing lost or damaged items.
International Orders Under $200.00 (not including Canada): We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and PayPal for international orders that are under $200.00. Your shipping address must match the billing address for international orders, and the address must be verifiable through our Address Verification System (AVS). If your financial institution does not recognize our AVS system, we may be unable to authorize your purchase. We reserve the right to limit orders from new international customers to only once per billing cycle.
International Orders Over $200.00 (not including Canada): We are not able to accept credit card or PayPal for international orders exceeding $200.00. We gladly accept American Express Money Orders submitted in US Dollars (other forms of international money orders are not accepted) or wire transfers. For wire transfers, a bank processing fee of $60 will be automatically added to your order total. If you have already placed multiple orders with FNWL via credit card or PayPal, we will be happy to consider modifying these terms for you.
International Orders (including Canada): All paperwork (commercial invoice and BOL) must show valid and correct information and be addressed to the purchaser.
International Orders (including Canada): International customers are responsible for any and all customs duties, taxes and brokerage fees that a shipment may incur. We are not able to determine the amount of these fees before shipping to you. UPS will not deliver your order unless these fees are paid in full. Any shipment returned to us due to rejection by customs will be subject to our cancellation fee and will incur a return shipping fee. Please familiarize yourself with your country's import restrictions/requirements prior to placing your order.
UPS Canada Standard is the standard method used for most Canadian deliveries. Some locations within Canada require us to use UPS Worldwide Express. All other orders are shipped via UPS Worldwide Express.
Additional Shipping Charges:
You are responsible for any additional fees charged by UPS for address corrections. UPS charges this fee when packages are missing suite numbers, contain typos including zip code errors, or contain any other incorrect information that is missing or inaccurately supplied by the customer within the "Ship To" area of our order form. UPS also charges for address changes such as dropping off your package at any address other than the one provided in the "Ship To" area of the order form. The address correction fee is $20 per box for most addresses, but may vary in some countries outside the US and Canada. We reserve the right to charge for these fees as soon as we are notified of them.
For unusually large orders, orders containing bulk glassware, or other orders that require us to ensure that the risk of damage is minimized, we reserve the right to ship your delivery by trucking service. We will notify you in advance of all applicable costs, including lift gate service and pallet charges.
Items Eligible for Return:
We will gladly accept authorized returns on Bath Accessories, Packaging Supplies and Equipment. All authorized returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee or $5, whichever is greater. If you need to make a return, please contact us to receive an authorization. We are not able to offer a refund or exchange on unauthorized returns, and merchandise returned without authorization will be discarded.
You will receive a credit to your original method of payment upon receipt of your return for authorized returns initiated within 30 days of receipt. Authorized returns initiated after 30 days from the receipt of your order are eligible for an account credit that may be used towards a future order.
Items Not Eligible for Return:
We apologize that we are unable to accept returns on ingredients (unless we shipped the wrong item to you) because we cannot guarantee the purity of our merchandise or resell it once it has left our warehouse. In the event that we make an error, we will gladly authorize the return of incorrect or defective merchandise and pay for the return shipping costs. Please carefully inspect all products, botanicals and ingredients upon arrival and report any problems or need for replacement within 72 hours of arrival.
Most of our ingredients, including butters, oils, essential oils, herbs and hydrosols, come from natural sources. They are subject to a normal range of variations in color, texture and aroma. These variations can be due to seasonal changes such as temperature, rainfall, sunlight and other variables. The differences from batch to batch are normal and are not regarded as defects in the product quality. We cannot accept returns due to these variations because we cannot resell the ingredient once it has left our facility. If you know that product variations may affect your production/formulation, please purchase a small quantity first and confirm that your larger order will be from the same lot.
Our fragrance oils reflect only a fraction of the infinite number of possible fragrance formulations that can be created. Fragrance oils can vary greatly between suppliers, and our version of a fragrance may differ significantly from another suppliers' version, or from what you were expecting. Since we do not accept returns on fragrance oils or other ingredients, we offer our products in very small sizes that are useful for testing purposes. We urge you to take advantage of our small sizes and no minimum order restrictions to test our ingredients.
Clearance items and books are not eligible for returns.
Please inspect packages upon arrival. You must report any damages, missing items or missing boxes to both the shipping carrier and From Nature With Love within 3 days of receiving your order. If you notice any damage to the shipping box upon delivery, report it to the driver and then report it directly to the carrier. Each carrier typically sends someone to inspect the package. If you notice any damaged items upon unpacking the order, leave the box and its contents as is, save all of the packaging material, contact the carrier to arrange an inspection of your package, and contact us so that we may process your claim. We cannot replace damaged merchandise unless the package has been inspected by the carrier. Your replacement will be shipped once we have been issued the claim number/information from the carrier. We also cannot replace missing items unless they are reported within 3 days of the receipt of your order.
Order Confirmations and Email Notifications:
Some email service providers including Hotmail, RoadRunner and AOL, have strict methods in place to prevent potentially unwanted emails from being delivered to the mailboxes of its subscribers. Unfortunately, their default filter settings can prevent their subscribers from receiving important emails regarding their online purchases. From Nature With Love is not responsible for order delays caused by your email filters preventing our emails from reaching you. We encourage you to please adjust your spam filter settings so that you can receive emails from our From Nature With Love email addresses. For America Online users, there are several ways to setup your account so that AOL will deliver emails from us. Please go HERE to make sure your account is setup to receive these important emails before completing your online order with us.
