Unfortunately, the product was shipped to me as 1 hard lump like a hockey puck. FNWL Response: Kevin, Organic Spray Dried Aloe Vera Leaf Powder is very hygroscopic and as such, it will readily absorb moisture from the air. Upon getting your feedback, we have asked our staff to check our inventory, and it is all carefully packaged and free flowing as it should be. We're a bit mystified why your container has become solid. As a guess, your package may have been left outside in the rain. We're very sorry for the inconvenience, and our Customer Care Department will be contacting you. The hardened product can still be used and is not affected by the absorption of moisture. It can just be crumbled and dissolved into the formulation (it has to be dissolved into the formulation anyway).
