Reviewed By: Tricia Posted: Wednesday, June 26, 2013 Location: Westland, MI Comments: My customers are complaining about the spray function not working. I love the durability of the bottle, but the spray is not working. I do not want to look bad on a professional level so I will not be using this product again. I will order the snap cap next time. FNWL Response: Tricia, I personally use our bottles with white sprayer tops all the time using a 2% maximum ratio of essential oils (this is the ratio that is generally considered safe for the skin), and the sprayers work fine for me. For room sprays, I increase the concentration, but generally don't exceed 4%. I've heard of this situation happening with products that contain a strong concentration of essential oils, especially in water-based formulations that do not include an emulsifier. Thick essential oils may also be a factor. When using too high a concentration of EO, the essential oil rises to the top of the formulation in the bottle and can interfere with the sprayer mechanism.
