Dead Sea Salt, Fine

The Dead Sea is the deepest salt lake in the world. Its saline content is approximately six-eight times higher than that of the oceans. The skin care benefits of Dead Sea ingredients are numerous.

Dead Sea Salt is a mineral-rich salt that contains a high concentration of Potassium, Magnesium and Bromide. These minerals help to naturally promote smooth, healthy skin.

Dead Sea Salt exfoliates and revitalizes the skin and is well suited for a wide array of body and foot exfoliating formulations. It is somewhat more abrasive than our sugars nut meals and other exfoliants, so we do not recommend the use of salts as a facial exfoliant.

Our Fine Grain Dead Sea Salt is about the size of table salt. Our Medium Grain Dead Sea Salt ranges in particle size between 1.8 mm - 3.4 mm. It is slightly larger than our fine grain size. Both sizes are perfect for use in bath salts, foot scrubs and body polishes.

Dead Sea Salt can be used by itself to make a bath salt, or you can blend it with other types of salts to keep your costs down. It can be used "as is" or you can add fragrance and color.
