Reviewed By: Carol Posted: Wednesday, August 10, 2011 Location: Greenwich, NJ Comments: I bought 3 pump bottles. 1 pump never worked, 1 stopped pumping after one use, and the 3rd stopped pumping after two days of use. No unusual usage... just the aloe and shea lotion base and added oils and fragrance. Bottle is fine- poor quality pump. FNWL Response: Carol, we're so sorry for the inconvenience. It's possible that our lotion base may be too thick for the pumps to handle. The base is formulated so that it will retain a nice consistency after fragrance or essential oils are added, and perhaps it's still too thick after you've added your oils. We'll be doing some tests on our end to determine what exactly is happening. Our Customer Care Manager called you, and we'll be sending you three more pumps to try, per your request. If those don't work, we'll certainly refund the cost of the bottles.
