Natural Cleansing Washbag

• 1/4 cup hemp seed meal
• 1/4 cup oatmeal, coarse
• 1/8 cup lavender buds or rose petals
• 1/8 cup medium grain sea salt
• 2 tablespoons white kaolin clay
• Essential Oils (optional)

Mix ingredients well. Pack into a large muslin bag leaving little room in the bag for the contents to move around. Plunge the filled bag into a bowl of warm water, squeeze and rub into the skin to cleanse. Other clays may be used for special skin types (read the properties of each clay to see if a different clay would be better for your use).
