Relax, Man! Tub Tea Formulation (Recipe)

Summary:

Enjoy the therapeutic Benifits of Lavender, Cucumber, Chamomile and Green Tea

Ingredients:

1 cup green tea leaves
1/4 cup lavender buds
1/8 cup chamomile flowers
1/4 cup dehydrated cucumber bits
4 tablespoons dried lemon peel zest
10 drops bergamot essential oil
5 drops chamomile E.O. or F.O.
3 drops cucumber F.O.
3 drops green tea fragrance

Instructions:

Mix all of the ingredients together. Spoon one tbsp of mixture into heat-sealable teabags. Alternately you can cut the foot off an old pair of pantyhose and tie it tightly to the faucet with a couple of tablespoons of the mixture.
Use 4 tea bags (or 4 tbsp.) per bath.
