Summary:
An interesting novelty soap that always gets peoples attention.
Ingredients:
Tallow (beef) 6 oz
Olive oil 4 oz
Coconut oil 3 oz
Grapeseed oil 2 oz
Castor oil 1 oz
Lye (discount at 6%) 2.19 oz
6 oz chilled precooked wine*
.5 oz Wine Fo (any type)
Light rose or pink colorant(optional)
Instructions:
* Before mixing your lye into the wine, cook the wine until boiling to release the alcohol.
Then chill the wine and mix your lye directly into it. I use White Zinnfy for my soap which turns bright pink as I mix the lye into it. After mixing the lye and wine together follow CP methods as usual. This recipe makes nice bubbly bars that have a slight wine smell after cure, which only serves to enhance and deepen FO's like Wine and Rose's or Red Wine.
