Organic Essential Oil: Bergamot, FCF

Our Organic Bergamot Essential Oil FCF is cold pressed from the rinds of Citrus bergamia, a citrus fruit that is loved for its beautiful, fragrant aroma and for its numerous benefits in skincare, balancing the emotions and supporting general wellbeing. As with all of our organic ingredients, it is certified organic by CCOF. It possesses a lovely light, fresh, floral citrus aroma that is uplifting, rejuvenating, and balancing. Although lemon, lime and grapefruit essential oils are considered energizing essential oils that are best avoided before bedtime, Bergamot Essential Oil is much more relaxing and calming due to its impressive content of the ester Linalyl Acetate. Organic Bergamot Essential Oil FCF is a wonderful oil to include in formulations intended to uplift the spirits, promote happiness and reduce stress and negative emotions. It also helps to alleviate fatigue.

Bergamot Oil is what gives Earl Grey Tea its distinctive flavor. Aromatically, if you like Orange Essential Oil or other citrus essential oils, you will likely love our Organic Bergamot Essential Oil FCF. The aroma has a beautiful complexity that combines citrus, woody and delicately floral notes. Tangerine Essential Oil and Mandarin Essential Oil lovers typically also love Bergamot. Organic Bergamot Essential Oil FCF blends nicely with neroli, cypress, juniper, geranium, rose, ylang ylang and other florals. It is a favorite of perfumers.

Customer Testimonial

"I just wanted to write to say thank you. I have been purchasing products from your Web site for quite a while, namely rice bran, seaweed powders, camellia oil, dead sea salts and most recently, shea butter. I have very sensitive skin, and there aren't many products on the market that I don't develop a nasty rash from. I'm a research chemist, and many ingredients in mass market products are petrochemically derived. Although the by products may be trace, it is still enough to agitate my skin. It is also important for me to select products that do not have a vile effect on the environment. I ran an online search for rice bran to use as a gentle face wash and stumbled across FNWL. I was absolutely delighted with the delicate cleansing and calming effect it had on my face. Most recently, the shea butter I purchased has completely healed the eczema on my knees. I wanted to say thank you. Your product quality and prices are absolutely superb. "
