Calendula is most recognized for its ability to help heal wounds, ulcers and abrasions. Calendula CO2 Total Extract contains all the essential oil of the plant plus the plant waxes and heavier phytochemicals making it almost identical to the plant itself. Use Calendula CO2 Total Extract to make healing salves, lotions, creams, lotion bars and more. Recommended usage is 1-5% in formulations for chapped, dry or damaged skin. To use Calendula Extract, you may need to warm the CO2 and your vegetable oil gently and then stir. Use a blend of Calendula CO2 and German Chamomile CO2 in a base of Emu Oil for an intensive treatment for inflammation of the skin and skin lesions.

Please Note: This product is solid at room temperature.

Comments: It's really hard toout of the container, wondering why you wouldn't put it in a container that's easier tothe product out of.

FNWL Response: Hi Jennifer, thank you for your honest feedback. Many people first gently warm the bottle before working with it. A challenge with the consistency of the Calendula Total is that it is a bit thick for bottles, but it can sometimes leak when packaged in jars with standard screw-top lids. We are always looking for ways that we can improve. Based on your comments, we are taking a fresh look at the optimal way to package our Calendula Total. Thanks again for your comments, Jennifer.

Comments: It was hard as a rock.

FNWL Response: Maria, as the product description states, Calendula Total CO2 is solid at room temperature. Gently warm it to work with it. A simple way to warm the Calendula CO2 is to place it in a shallow bowl of warm water until it liquifies.

Customer Testimonial

"Your prices are better on just about everything I need (not everything, but most), and I love that there is no minimum order. I also love the resource of being able to e-mail you and ask questions about the best way to use your products. I'd like to expand into offering all natural body care stuff, but sometimes I have questions. I've been telling anybody who could benefit about this site - it's amazing. Just keep up the good work."
