Our pure, therapeutic quality Cajeput Essential Oil is steam distilled from the leaves of Melaleuca cajuputi, a tree that is native to Australia. It contains 72% 1,8 Cineole and is well suited for use in a wide array of wellness applications and formulations intended to help support the immune system. Cajeput Essential Oil is also beneficial when incorporated into soap and household cleaning formulations.
Aromatically, Cajeput Essential Oil possesses a fresh and camphor-like aroma. It blends well with many other essential oils including those within the citrus, floral, mint and wood families.
Avoid in all formulations intended for babies and young children and avoid in any formulations intended for the face of all children as advised by Robert Tisserand and Rodney Young within Essential Oil Safety (Edition 2).
