I also have started using it in cold process soap. It does cause the soap to come to trace almost immediately when mixed in with the oils and lye water. My work around is adding it after trace and then fragrance oils which gives me just enough time to get it into the mold. I like the moisturizing properties and the feel of the lather on my skin when I use this in my soaps.
