Essential Oils - Conventional
The yuzu is a citrus fruit that is native to asia. Physically, these unique looking fruits have a slight resemblance to a small grapefuit, but the skin can vary in color ranging between yellow, orange and green. Yuzus aren't frequently eaten. The yuzu is prized for its exquisite citrus aroma that is best described as a precious combination of tart grapefruit and sweet mandarin. Yuzu Essential Oil is used most often in perfumery applications as it has longer staying power in a blend. Yuzu Essential Oil is still considered a top note, but its natural aroma does not dry out as quickly as the other citrus oils. Emotionally, the aroma is uplifting and brings a sense of joy. Essential oils that blend well with grapefruit, tangerine, orange and mandarin oils tend to blend well with Yuzu Essential Oil.
