Unfortunately the pump has not worked well at all. I have to literally pound my hand on the nozzle while it's sitting on a hard surface toanything to come out. Very disappointing. FNWL Response: Eileen, that is way too strong of a concentration of essential oil to use on your dog, or in these pumps. Essential oils are highly concentrated. It's not the fault of the components in the sprayer - essential oils will eat through plastic.
