Comments: The bristles in the brush fall out of the center first. I use the entire brush, so don't know why the bristles fall out there first.

I'm afraid that I can't tell from your review if just a few bristles fell out or how you might be using the brush (i.e. if it's left sitting in water or is kept constantly in an especially humid environment, the brush will age much faster).
