There are some smart cautions in here- pregnant, lactating new mothers, and small children must be treated CAUTIOUSLY with aromatherapy. This book is a MUST-HAVE simply because there are some things that are not safe to put into cosmetics that preganant women may use. A MUST read for the knowledge and a good book to have.
