Description:

Asian Pear Flavor Oil is a beautifully aromatic oil that perfectly combines the notes of Nashi pear, Kyoto rose and asian greenery. Ripe banana and citrus round out this complex and intriguing flavor oil.

Flavor oils, including our Asian Pear Flavor Oil, are fragrance oils that are approved for use in lip care products. They lend a delicious aroma to lip balms, glosses and other lip care products. Contrary to the name, flavor oils do not possess any real flavor or taste. Although flavor oils contain small amounts of essential oils, flavor oils are not considered natural. Recommended Use: 3% in lip care formulations.

Please Note: This ingredient contains Vanillin or Ethyl Vanillin (vanilla extract). It can cause formulations to turn light tan or brown.  This ingredient may crystallize in cold temperatures. Gently warm it to room temperature, and the crystals will disappear.  This fragrance oil does not contain phthalates (DEP).

Comments: Asian pears do not have a strong flavor, but this oil was able to closely capture the delicate flavor. I used it in my lip balm recipe, and it turned out very nice.

Comments: I just made this in lip balm two nights ago. It smells great. Asian Pear is such an unusual flavor for a lip balm. I can't wait to offer it to my customers!
