Sangre de Drago Liquid Resin Extract, also known as Sangre de Grado or Dragon's Blood, is extracted from medium/large tropical trees that thrive within the Amazonian regions of South America. When the trunk of the tree is cut or wounded, it exudes a dark, red, resinous sap that resembles blood.

The extensive beneficial properties of the thick resin and tree bark are well known by indigenous tribes of Mexico, Peru and Ecuador. They painted the sap onto their skin to help protect and soothe their skin from a wide array of skin concerns.

Comments: I got this because I was intrigued with it. I use dragon's blood resin in CP soap, but the properties of the liquid are intriguing. Pretty neat stuff!! Thank you FNWL!!

Comments: A treasure from the rainforest. Clots bleeding at small cuts or scratches, then seals them with thin film. Stops tick and mosquito bite itch. Encourages healing. This will be a staple of my summer first aid kit.
