CO2 Totals are CO2 Supercritical Extracts that have been extracted at higher pressure than those classified as CO2 Selects. CO2 Totals are believed to most closely represent the natural plant as compared to essential oils and CO2 Selects.

Our Organic Coffee CO2 Total Extract is produced by CO2 supercritical extraction of coffee beans, Coffea arabica, resulting in this beautifully aromatic extract. It contains no additives or preservatives.

Although our Organic Coffee CO2 Total Extract is a fatty extract, it is best classified as an aromatic total as it contains the volatile aromatic components present in coffee beans. It is dark brown in color and is fluid at room temperature.

Aromatically, Organic Coffee CO2 Total Extract is an uplifting, energizing extract that blends incredibly well with our Vanilla, Coconut and Cocoa CO2 Extracts. There is also incredible potential for blending it with Cardamom CO2 and other CO2 extracts and essential oils that fit within a chi fragrance profile. Organic Coffee CO2 Total Extract can bring a lovely warmth and complexity to otherwise ordinary blends. It wonderful for use in personal and room fragrancing, diffusion and potpourri blends.
